The beautiful Roman city of York is
located about 20 miles from Hungate. Soaked in history,
there are countless attractions to take in over your

Somewhere in between the two eras in 1357 comes the Merchant
Adventurer's Hall, which is the finest building

National Railway Museum, which is the world's
largest collection of railway icons and is free to

Minster is heralded as "The Largest Gothic
Cathedral in Northern Europe" and traces its
roots back to the Roman occupation of Britain over
2000 years ago. Heading out of York you find the
imposing Georgian mansion of Beningbrough
Halls & Gardens. Outside the town you can
visit the Yorkshire
