Rosedale has come on a bit since its days as the farm trailer shed. Behind its stone arched windows, Rosedale is a really comfortable family cottage that looks out onto the landscaped courtyard. The rooms are large, airy and relaxing. Upstairs you do not have to share. Downstairs: Arched entrance porch leading to sitting-room with open stone fireplace. Pine-fitted kitchen with large dining area. Cloakroom/WC. Upstairs: Master double bedroom with king-size sleigh bed and wash basin, overlooking the courtyard. Twin bedroom also overlooking the courtyard. Another twin bedroom. Large bathroom/WC with over-bath shower. Separate shower room. Separate WC. This cottage can be combined with Farndale to create one large cottage. What our guests say about Rosedale... We had a brilliant week. We don’t want to go home! The cottage has been so comfortable and we are so impressed by the standard that we are already booking for next year. As a horse riding enthusiast the hacking at Bilsdale is second to none.
