Short breaks can be booked for any time in the year, but in high season periods (Christmas and New Year, Easter, May Day, 27th May to the 1st September, Spring and Autumn half terms), bookings for short breaks cannot be made more than 4 weeks in advance.   3 nights, starting Friday, at 75% of the week`s rent       4 nights, starting Monday, at 75% of the week`s rent     Protection against cancellation is included.  See Booking Conditions on Book Online page. Prices include full linen, towels, heating and lighting, free use of Pickering`s pool.  Pets are welcome in certain cottages at £25 per pet per week. There are no further charges to pay.
