Hungate Garden Cottage A warm welcome to the very original gardener's cottage, rebuilt in 1998 and enlarged to make a really splendid holiday home for a large party. Limestone walls enclose the cottage and its beautiful mature garden to the south. If you wish, you can simply sit and relax with a good book in the sunny paved area just outside. Hungate Garden Cottage has its own driveway and ample parking spaces. It is especially suitable for a disabled person (couple) needing wheelchair access. Downstairs: Level entrance to hall. Spacious living-room with open fire. Spacious living/dining-room with another TV and door to private garden. South and east-facing, well-equipped modern fitted kitchen. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC with shower (suitable for disabled use). Cloakroom/WC with wash basin. Upstairs: Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft bed, and en-suite bathroom/WC and over-bath shower, and one with sleigh bed and wash basin. Two twin-bedded rooms, one with wash basin.
