Holiday rentals Yorkshire - Hungate Cottages are located on the outskirts of the delightful historic town of Pickering. The complex consists of 11 highly individual cottages and has the unique appeal of being a short walk from the town centre, whilst at the same time retaining the tranquillity and peacefulness of the countryside. Pickering itself is right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Moors and is a short drive from the Roman City of York and the beautiful port towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

Once experienced, Hungate often draws her guests back time and time again. Some are wooed by the high quality and characteristic décor of the cottages, others by the friendly atmosphere and attention to detail provided by this family owned business. So many of our satisfied guests return, year after year.

Being a short walk from the beautiful market town of Pickering, Hungate is ideally placed to discover the many delights of the surrounding area. Not only does it overlook the magnificent Yorkshire Moors, fantastic for walking and sight-seeing, it is also conveniently close to the east coast.
