Downstairs: Entrance hall. Large sitting-room with open stone fireplace and arch to spacious, pine-fitted kitchen/dining room. Cloakroom/WC.

Upstairs: Double bedroom overlooking orchard. Twin-bedded room with wash basin and views towards the courtyard and orchard. Single bedroom. Bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.
